Abstract

The rapid advancement and extensive adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technology have left an indelible mark across diverse sectors, with a profound influence on enterprise management. Traditional enterprise management approaches have increasingly proven insufficient to address the intricate and constantly evolving requirements of contemporary businesses. Consequently, AI-infused enterprise management models have emerged as a compelling alternative. The infusion of AI technology has ushered in fresh opportunities and concurrently posed novel challenges to enterprise management, propelling the evolution of management practices toward modernization. This article endeavors to probe the interplay between enterprise management paradigms within the sphere of artificial intelligence and the ongoing process of management modernization. It will scrutinize the current landscape of AI's application in enterprise management and assess its ramifications on established management models.
