These guidelines help facilitate a seamless submission process, ensure efficient and fair peer review, and support timely publication while upholding the ethical principles of academic research.

Whether you are submitting a research article, review paper, case study, or conference proceeding, our guidelines provide a clear framework to help you prepare and present your work effectively.

Below, we outline the essential submission, formatting, ethical, and publication policies that authors must follow to successfully publish with Ayden Global Journals.

1. Manuscript Preparation

✅ Format: Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX) or LaTeX format.
✅ Language: All manuscripts must be written in English with clear and concise academic language.
✅ Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12pt font, double-spaced.
✅ Page Limits: Manuscripts should typically be between 4,000–8,000 words, including references.
✅ Title Page: Should include the title, author(s) full names, affiliations, and contact details.

2. Manuscript Structure

A well-structured manuscript should contain:

  • Title (concise and descriptive)
  • Abstract (150–250 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusion)
  • Keywords (3–6 relevant keywords)
  • Introduction (clearly states the research problem and objectives)
  • Methodology (detailed research design, methods, and materials)
  • Results and Discussion (findings with appropriate analysis and interpretation)
  • Conclusion (summary of findings, limitations, and recommendations)
  • References (formatted in APA, MLA, or IEEE style, depending on the journal)

3. Figures, Tables, and Equations

  • Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially and referenced in the text.
  • High-resolution images must be in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format.
  • Equations should be formatted using MathType or LaTeX.

4. Citation & Referencing

  • Proper citation of all sources is required to maintain research integrity.
  • Use APA 7th edition in-text citations and provide a comprehensive reference list at the end.
  • References should be formatted according to the APA 7th Edition.

  • Research involving human participants or animals must have ethical clearance and approval.
  • Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed upon submission.

7. Submission Process

  • Authors must submit their manuscript through the online submission system or via email at Contact@aydenjournals.com.
  • After submission, authors will receive an acknowledgment email with a tracking reference.

8. Review & Revision

  • Submitted manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review to ensure quality and originality.
  • Authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback.
  • Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the given timeframe.

9. Publication & Fees

  • The standard publication fee is $70.
  • For fast-track publication (within 5 days), an additional $20 is required.
  • Print copies are available for an extra $30 (excluding shipping).

10. Post-Publication Promotion

  • Published articles receive a DOI and are indexed in relevant databases.
  • Authors are encouraged to promote their work on Google Scholar, ORCID, ResearchGate, and social media. See post publication promotion for further detail
